Well decorated and brand-new units with an underground bathroom and the jetted hot tub balcony, as example, and very helpful staff.

The property is of 5-star quality, with beautiful rooms and excellent service. The staff goes above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. The hotel's aesthetics, including the Seline restaurant and rooftop pool, are stunning. The photos do not do justice to how amazing the hotel is. The hotel appeals to those who appreciate architectural and interior design. The location is great, and the hotel offers a variety of options for guests with families.
Felt cozy, no complaints.

Had a decent Christmas break, with complimentary chocolate and wine waiting in the room. Great location near the famous sunset view point and lovely local coffee shops. The infinity pool had great views and it was refreshing to take a winter dip.
The room was overpriced for the quality, with hot water and shower issues. The staff couldn't handle the full hotel and made a few mistakes with orders and forgetting to book taxis.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of freshly cooked breads, pastries, cheeses, eggs, yogurt. The courtyard where breakfast was served was perfect for romantic evenings and the staff provided excellent service. The pool, although unheated, was quite large for the island, and the service there was also top-notch. The location of the hotel was great, away from the crowds but still close to restaurants and shops. The staff throughout the hotel, especially at breakfast and the pool, were all amazing. we were well taken care of and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
Nothing not to love.

This hotel is a luxurious destination where all of my exclusive needs were fulfilled. the staff are extremely attentive and made an effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable. the Swimming pool is well maintained and the view is breathtaking. the Spa & wellness centre is also amazing, offering an array of services such as full body massage, beauty treatment, manicure and facial. Also the food quality and variety at the restaurant was impressive.
The only minor issue I found was that there was no DND sign in the room. But, overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, with exceptional attention to detail.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't have to go far for a delicious meal or some retail therapy. Additionally, the hotel had convenient toilets near the restaurant, making it easy to freshen up before or after a meal.
There were some issues with the phone in my room and even after it was replaced, it still didn't work. This meant I had to make the long trek to reception every time I needed to communicate with the staff.
